    A cool hotel in the city center, with very courteous staff and delicious breakfasts. We traveled with a pet turtle, stayed at the hotel for a few nights. The hotel has its own large parking lot with convenient access. Very friendly staff. Modern and cozy rooms. The breakfasts are varied and very satisfying. The turtle was treated very well :-) I recommend it!

    Great hotel, great receptionist. No problem, check-in at least from 8 a.m., without early arrivals, if for 1 day (we arrive at 8:10 and the price for 1 day, with early check-in in other hotels is higher than here). In general, the service and rooms are excellent Updating the review. I came to Khabarovsk on business. At the same time, confirm the booking for July, confirmed. But there is nowhere to eat normal food in Khabarovsk at 7:30. I asked if I could have breakfast, and they answered without any problems. Once again, I would like to mention the administrator Evgenia, a very pleasant and competent person, as well as the kitchen administrator Evgenia. In general, I recommend this hotel to everyone, not everywhere you can find such staff.

    I would like to express my gratitude to the Enigma Hotel for a wonderful stay in Khabarovsk! I stayed here for a week for work, and my impressions were extremely positive. The check—in was quick and hassle-free - the receptionist told us in detail about all the hotel's services and helped with parking. The room was clean, tidy and well equipped: a comfortable bed, a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle and a tea/coffee set. I was especially pleased that the room was quiet — nothing prevented me from getting enough sleep after a busy day. I would like to mention the work of the staff separately: all employees were polite and responsive, promptly responded to requests. The breakfasts are varied and delicious — the choice of dishes pleasantly surprised. The location also turned out to be very convenient: the main attractions can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car, close to public transport stops, shops and cafes.

We rented a suite with a friend for a photo shoot, everything is new, clean, stylish, as I'm sure all the rooms are, and everything is so thought out that it's even surprising for a small hotel, pleasant staff.     The hotel is in a convenient location. Modern, everything is clean, the room is cleaned every day, all accessories are replaced. Hot and cold water around the clock. Administrators are generally smart people- friendly, attentive, they will always explain everything, prompt you if you apply.     Sooooo cool hotel!!! The hotel is located next to the railway station, we arrived early in the morning and were settled in without any problems!!! Everything is clean and beautiful in the room (unfortunately I did not take a photo). The toilet is incredible :) the lid opens by itself, it flushes itself, there is a remote control where you can press a button and wash and wash :D. Breakfast is included. The choice is plentiful, and most importantly delicious. Thank you so much for having such an attitude towards people, things and work!!!

    My husband and I are staying at the hotel for the second time, everything is always fine, starting from friendly receptionists, cozy rooms, and the first time we visited was two years ago and there is something to compare it with-a smart toilet, Alice...The room has everything you need -bathrobes, slippers, soap accessories, branded snow-white towels. This time there was a slight problem with the plumbing, but we were quickly moved to another room. The breakfasts aren't bad either, there's plenty to choose from, and the menu isn't monotonous. Microwave and rubbed with clean water on the floor. Anyway, well done, thanks, keep it up, we'll be back.
